Got these fruits from the front yard of my niece,

. It has a sweet citrusy flavor which you can eat. The leaves are used as tea, and are very effective for colds and fever.

Kayumanis (Cinnamomum verum), "called true cinnamon tree or Ceylon cinnamon tree, is a small evergreen tree belonging to the family Lauraceae, native to Sri Lanka".
